Project and Programme Management
Keep project delivery aligned with the business objective
An approved project creates commitments across the organisation. Owners, engineering teams, contractors and suppliers need a common understanding of scope, priorities and the decisions required to keep work moving.
Elabif SA manages these interfaces through defined plans, reporting and delivery governance. We support individual projects and programmes in which several related projects compete for resources or depend on one another.
Project management
We help establish the delivery structure and coordinate execution against the agreed scope, budget and schedule. Our role can be embedded within your owner's team or defined around a specific project management mandate.
- Project initiation and execution planning.
- Scope definition, work breakdown and responsibility allocation.
- Integrated scheduling and monitoring of critical activities.
- Cost reporting, forecasts and coordination of commitments.
- Procurement planning and management of delivery interfaces.
- Risk, issue and change management.
- Coordination of engineering consultants, contractors and client teams.
- Commissioning readiness, handover planning and project closeout.
Programme management
Where several projects contribute to a wider operational or business goal, we help establish programme priorities and reporting. This includes mapping dependencies, identifying resource conflicts and preparing decisions that affect more than one project.
We support the coordination of capital programmes, operating site upgrades and related infrastructure packages. Programme reporting gives leadership a consolidated view while retaining accountability at project level.
Project controls that support action
Reports should explain the position and the response required. We connect schedule and cost information with the causes of variance, the available corrective actions and the decisions needed from the client.
Reporting frequency and detail are agreed to suit the assignment. Material changes are escalated through the defined governance structure.
Typical outputs
An execution plan, integrated schedule, responsibility matrix, cost report, risk and issue registers, change log, management dashboard and closeout record may form part of the scope.
The value to your team
You gain coordinated delivery oversight and a clearer view of commitments, emerging constraints and decisions. For programmes, this extends to the dependencies that individual project reports can overlook.
