Mining Supplies
Source mining supplies against the requirements of the job
A supply enquiry needs more than an item description. The correct specification, application, documentation and delivery location all affect whether a product is suitable and when it can be used.
Elabif SA supports the sourcing and supply of mining equipment, spares and consumables. We review enquiries with clients and coordinate supplier quotations so that availability, technical details and commercial terms can be assessed before an order is placed.
Supply categories
Equipment spares and wear components
Replacement parts, bearings, seals and wear components sourced against part numbers, drawings or an agreed technical specification.
Pumps and fluid handling components
Pumps, valves, hoses and associated components selected against the stated duty and operating conditions.
Piping and fittings
Pipes, fittings, flanges and connection accessories sourced against material, size, pressure rating and other applicable requirements.
Drilling and exploration consumables
Items required for exploration and drilling activities, with compatibility and technical requirements checked against the enquiry.
Ground support products
Mesh, rock bolts and related accessories sourced against approved project or operational specifications.
Maintenance and site consumables

Product availability, manufacturer options and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each quotation. Additional requirements can be assessed on enquiry.
How we manage an enquiry
We clarify the requirement, obtain supplier information and prepare a quotation identifying the supply basis. Where required, this includes technical documentation, inspection requirements and the proposed delivery arrangements.
Following an order, we coordinate the agreed procurement and dispatch activities and communicate changes affecting delivery. For regional requirements, transport and export documentation responsibilities are agreed with the client and relevant logistics providers.
