Our Approach
Define the requirement and manage the work against it
Every assignment needs a clear purpose. We begin by understanding the decision you need to make, the work you need delivered and the constraints your team is managing.
- 1
Understand the requirement
We review the project stage, available information and immediate priorities. We identify the people who need to be involved and the interfaces that could affect the assignment.
- 2
Agree the scope
We define the services, deliverables and responsibilities in a proposal. The commercial basis, assumptions, reporting arrangements and client inputs are agreed before work begins.
- 3
Assemble the delivery team
We identify the personnel, specialist inputs and supplier involvement required for the scope. Site access, mobilisation and onboarding requirements form part of the preparation.
- 4
Manage progress and change
We report against the agreed objectives and raise issues that affect delivery. Where requirements change, we assess the effect on scope, timing and cost with the client before agreeing the response.
- 5
Close out the assignment
We reconcile the agreed outputs, record outstanding matters and transfer the documents needed for the next stage. For resource assignments, we plan demobilisation or continuation with the client.
Responsible delivery
Safety, professional conduct and the quality of information matter throughout the work. We plan around site requirements, define responsibility clearly and keep material assumptions visible.
Where skills transfer or local supplier participation forms part of the scope, we agree the activities and how progress will be reviewed.
