A South African base for SADC growth
Elabif SA has been established to support South African opportunities and expand Elabif's reach across the Southern African Development Community.
Our regional ambition builds on Elabif's background in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Great Lakes region. The South African business adds a local leadership structure and an expanded service offering for clients developing or operating mining assets in the region.
South Africa
We engage with mine owners, developers, contractors and suppliers on requirements within South Africa. Our offering combines advisory and management services with technical resource secondment, geological support and mining supplies.
Regional assignments
We welcome enquiries for projects elsewhere in the SADC region. The country, site conditions and nature of the work determine the delivery approach, resources and specialist support required.
We assess each opportunity before proposing a scope and mobilisation plan. This provides a practical basis for regional delivery as the business grows.
Planning for the country and the site
Cross border assignments require the same clarity of scope as local work, with additional attention to deployment and logistics. We agree the responsibilities for personnel mobilisation, site access, travel and the movement of goods as part of the appointment.
Where local partners or country specific specialists are required, their role is identified within the delivery plan.
